We greatly enjoyed its favourable and stunning location.

the room was very separate, great bed. a handy kitchenette was great and had coffee and tea making equipment, a refrigerator, and an oven. all the employees were knowledgeable. location: the hotel was just next door to transportation options like buses. went to zum alten pflug for drink or two, set within a close distance from the venue.

The location was particularly good to the centre of Vienna. We thoroughly enjoyed rooms with new furniture.

I really got great value for my money staying at this apartment. The room was clean, spacious, and had a nice view. The location was perfect, with supermarkets nearby and easy access to public transport. The staff treated us well and communication was smooth.

I loved the fact that I could make my own meals in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with a stovetop, fridge, and dishwasher. The private pool, hot tub, and sauna were also a pleasant surprise. Free WiFi was a bonus!

I felt like a master chef cooking in the kitchen with all the fancy appliances. The private pool and sauna were the perfect place to relax. And the free WiFi let me post my fabulous vacation photos right away.

Who needs a good night's sleep anyway? With noisy windows and no blinds, I had a front-row seat to the street noise and a face full of blinding light all night long.

The venue has stunning setting in 12. Meidling district adjacent to the centre of Vienna, and local Supermarket. I have stayed in the standard apartment with new furniture. The staff is HELPFUL and amiable.

Super convenient check-in with key dispenser anytime, modern building with underground garage. Apartment well-equipped and clean, free Wi-Fi, close to metro station. Grand!

The newly furnished apartment had generous spaces and was very clean. It was conveniently located close to public transport. The furnished kitchen with a fridge and the big bathroom were great amenities. The bed was also very comfortable, making for a pleasant stay.

Felt spoilt, no reason to complain.

toiletries and consumables issue

My stay at Dm & S in Vienna was overall satisfactory. The room was well-furnished with new furniture, giving it a modern and comfortable ambiance.

I had a few minor issues during my stay. the room did not have air conditioning, which made it difficult to open the windows due to the noise from the busy street and car smog entering the room.
